LayerOps is me, Jarek Piotrowski, building websites and running search work from Canberra for businesses Australia-wide. There's no account manager and no sales team: the person you talk to is the person doing the work.
Background
Before LayerOps I spent more than 20 years in enterprise IT infrastructure: virtualisation, storage, cloud migrations and disaster recovery. That work runs on logs, change records and checking before you claim something is fixed. I build websites and run search work the same way.
LayerOps used to offer an AI chat assistant for websites; it no longer does.
Recent work: a regulated professional-services firm whose Google clicks went from 32 in the 28 days to 7 May 2026 to 870 in the 28 days 23 Sep–20 Oct 2026, and a national service business whose site went from first draft to live in 11 days (8 to 19 Oct 2026).
How I work
Numbers you can check. Every figure states its dates in the same sentence, and every change says what it's compared with.
Totals from Google's own data. Clicks and impressions come from your Search Console, not from a third-party estimate. Why that matters.
Facts checked before a draft reaches you. Every specific fact in a draft is checked against a primary source and logged. You approve every page before it goes live under your name.
AI answers are checked more than once. Google AI Overview checks run three times per question; ChatGPT answers are sampled twice in each weekly scan. Answers change from run to run, so one check proves little.
Plain reports. What changed, what I did and what's next, in plain English.
No shortcuts. No ranking guarantees, no bought links, no llms.txt or FAQ markup sold as a fix (why not), and no AI byline: I draft with Claude, Anthropic's model, and each page carries the name of the practitioner who stands behind it.
