AI visibility dashboard + Snapshot report

Know every week whether AI recommends you, or the firm down the road.

A$99 today: your full AI visibility report + month 1 of your weekly dashboard. Then A$29 a month. Cancel before day 30 and you pay nothing more.

Then A$29/month · cancel any time · weekly and sampled, not real-time

Today: A$99 for the full check and the first month of your dashboard. Then A$29 a month from day 31; cancel any time before then and you pay nothing more. We'll email you a reminder 7 days before the first A$29.

Every week we ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, and Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode the questions your clients ask, like “who is the best family lawyer in Parramatta?” or “which accountant in Geelong handles small business tax?”, and show you who they name, exactly what they said, and one thing to fix. It starts with a full AI visibility report on day one, within 2 business days, checked by me before it is sent.

Did AI just recommend the firm down the road?

Ask it who's best, and you get a few names.

The LayerOps AI Visibility Dashboard shows you where you stand.

In Australia, 12 percent now say AI is their main way of finding information online. A year ago, 5.

You could ask ChatGPT yourself. Ask twice, and you'll often get a different list.

So we ask your clients' questions in five AI tools, and count who gets named.

Day one, you get your baseline. Who AI names instead.

What AI gets wrong about you.

And the one fix that matters this week.

Every report is quality-checked before it's sent.

Then every week, the dashboard asks again. Who's named, what each tool said, what to do next.

If AI gets a fact wrong about you, you get an email.

Week by week, see whether AI starts naming you. Real moves only, not noise.

Every number opens to the actual answer. Read exactly what each tool said.

No one can make AI name you. This shows where you stand, and what to fix.

What you get each week

Plus your day-one report, a monthly one-page summary, and a site-basics security tile. There is no separate 30-day re-check report: the dashboard asks your priority questions again every week and compares with your baseline.

Who is behind it

Jarek rebuilt how we show up on Google and in AI answers. Our Google clicks went from 32 to 870 a month, and every page was fact-checked and signed off by us before it went live.

LayerOps is me, Jarek Piotrowski, in Canberra. Before LayerOps I spent more than 20 years in enterprise IT infrastructure, where nothing counts as fixed until it is checked. There is no account manager and no sales team: the person who reads your results is the person who built the checks. AI answers change from run to run, so I check them more than once. About me.

Ways to keep an eye on this

Most AI visibility tools run daily and suit marketers, from about US$29 a month. This runs weekly and is built for a firm owner: we write the questions, filter out the noise, and tell you one thing to do.

Questions

Can't I just ask ChatGPT myself?

You can, and you'll get one answer, once. Ask again and it often names someone else. The dashboard asks your clients' questions in five AI tools every week, counts who gets named across all of them, and only flags a change when it's bigger than that run-to-run noise. You also see the words each tool used, so you can check us.

Will this get me more clients?

Not by itself. It shows where you're missing and the one fix most likely to help. No one can make an AI tool name you.

How do I cancel?

Any time, from the billing page on your dashboard. Cancel before day 30 and you pay nothing more; after that you keep access to the end of the month you paid for and are not charged again.

What if it goes wrong?

If a check failed or something in your report is wrong, tell me within 14 days and I'll fix it and re-run it free. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply: if the report isn't delivered, or a problem with it can't be fixed, you get a refund. See the terms.

More detail

What's in the day-one report

The day-one report is the dashboard's baseline: 20 questions people ask before they choose a firm in your profession and city, each put three times to five AI tools (up to 300 answers), plus 4 questions about your business. Within 2 business days of payment, checked by me before it is sent. See the sample report.

  1. (01)

    The owner summary, first

About 4 pages: how many answers named you, out of how many; the businesses named instead of you; anything an AI tool gets wrong about you; and this week’s fixes with their total time.
  2. (02)

    Named and cited, counted separately

Named: the answer text says your business name. Cited: your website is one of the answer’s sources. An answer that uses your site without saying your name is shown as “cited only”, the easiest kind to fix.
  3. (03)

Who is named instead of you

The businesses the answers name, ranked, with the questions where they were named and you weren’t, and you side by side with the top five on what AI tools read.
  4. (04)

    What AI says about you

Four questions that name your business, with each tool quoted and the facts it stated (phone, postcode, rating) checked against your site and profile.
  5. (05)

    Can AI read your site?

Your robots.txt rules for 13 search and AI crawlers, and your homepage and one service page read for structured data. OpenAI says sites that opt out of OAI-SearchBot aren't shown in ChatGPT search answers, except as navigational links, and Perplexity says PerplexityBot is the crawler it uses to surface and link sites.
  6. (06)

A plan of up to 7 fixes

In order, in plain English: what to change and where, how long it takes, who can do it, and which questions it should move.
  7. (07)

    Security basics

Public settings only (email spoofing protection, HTTPS, visible WordPress versions). Not a security audit. The detailed findings go only to an email address at your own domain.
Method and limits
  • Each week the dashboard asks your 5 to 10 priority questions once in each tool. The day-one report asks each of its 20 questions three times in each tool, all on the same day, set to Australia where the tool allows it. ChatGPT and Grok are asked through OpenAI's and xAI's APIs, and Perplexity through a data provider's API, all with web search on; the API versions can answer differently from the apps.
  • Named means the answer text says your business name. Cited means your website is in the answer's list of sources. The businesses named instead are found automatically and kept only when the exact words appear in the answer.
  • The plan is drafted with an AI model from the measured results only, checked against your own pages and profile, then checked by me.
  • AI answers change from one run to the next, so every number is a dated sample, not a permanent score, and no one can promise that an AI tool will name or cite you.
  • What we read: your homepage and one service page, the list of your pages (your sitemap, or up to 30 pages found through your own links), your robots.txt, public DNS records for your email settings, your site’s response headers, public certificate logs, your public Google Business Profile listing, and, for WordPress sites when you order with an email at your website’s domain, one request to the public user-count endpoint (a count only, no user names). For the comparison: the public Google Business Profile listings, homepages and page lists (up to 30 pages each) of the five businesses AI names most, and the directory pages the answers cite. No logins, no scanning, and it doesn’t try to exploit or break anything.
